Unlike most landscape architects, landscape designers and landscape contractors, I know plants extremely well. In addition to membership in the American Society of Landscape Architects and several environmental groups, I also maintain memberships in many horticultural groups. I have also been an active and avid gardener for many, many years and have a wide ranging knowledge and interest in virtually all types of hardy plants-from trees and shrubs, to sun-loving perennials, to woodland wildflowers, to ornamental grasses, to rock gardening. My horticultural and gardening purview extends to and encompasses a certain amount of plant research and, for lack of a better term, experimental gardening-trialing new and out of the ordinary plants for hardiness, adaptability and ornamental appeal before they are utilized in your masterplan and garden. All of this horticulture knowledge and experience is put to work for you.
